Physics — the substrate beneath all life

OrdoMotus.Life© rests ultimately on physics: the study of matter, energy, force, and motion.

Human beings are not separate from these laws, but complex expressions of them — organised matter, sustained by energy flows, shaped by forces, and animated through motion across time.

From this physical substrate emerge chemistry, biology, physiology, cognition, and lived experience — including perception, vitality, fatigue, and repair.

Contemporary research in systems science, complexity, and emerging fields such as quantum biology continues to explore how fundamental physical behaviours give rise to biological organisation and function. While such research remains exploratory, it reinforces a core premise of OrdoMotus.Life©:

Health and vitality are not abstract ideals, but observable consequences of how living systems interact with their physical environment.
